I'm locked out of the game. I can still get my gems,but cannot play any levels. They keep telling me they are fixing the problem, but so far no results
I enjoy playing the game, and really only have 2 complaints. #1) It would be helpful if each truck had it's own bank, kinda sucks you have to upgrade each tasks and/or truck with the same money & gems, especially with so many levels & items to decorate eternally. #2) I hate the fact that you have to drag some items to a plate or service, when some items you only have to tap. Dragging not only sucks ergonomically, it causes you to lose customers affecting your overall time. Graphics are AWESOME!

Used to be a great game but now it lags so much you can't even play the game. Extremely frustrating, I deleted and than installed again and that didn't fix the problem. I will be deleting this game for good.
It's OK for the most part the graphics are good the game play is okay just wish you could challenge your friends online like your cooking skills and how fast could you do your food
Tried contacting them about gems that were not inputted in my game after downloading their suggested "free gems" incentives. I have been trying to obtain additional gems from your game for the last 3 weeks while playing Guns of Glory... I am at level 21 and I have yet to receive your gems as guaranteed. 793 gems I was told would be given to me when downloading and playing the following game I feel like this is a false promotion. I enjoy playing food truck and I am trying hard to move forward.
I was up to party bus 6. I come back after a month of not playing, I cash in for my 6 gems, not knowing if this time its gonna cost coins or watching an ad to send the party bus out for another 6 gems. I guess now I have to watch an ad, ok, no biggie, but why am I back down to party bus 2 with 2 gems after watching the ad??? I'm pissed an pretty much done with this glitchy ass game!!!!
Really good game, offers variety as the different areas uses different cooking styles and gameplay.. A bit hard to get gems for upgrades though.
Looks like all the ⭐ one star reviews are well deserved. I just downloaded the game yesterday and is the most up to date version. It was fun at first and I spent over $20 in 1 day but I got first place in the "tournament" and beat all 40 levels in the first food truck before the upgrades that take about an hour each, were even fulfilled. Those upgrades DO NOT carry over to the next of many food trucks. What a joke. Looks like GREED has ruined this app; had potential. What a shame. Uninstalled.

I love this game but I'm tired of it freezing up and having to reinstall it ever few days, and now I can't use the party bus because it says I dont have internet but I do. please fix or I will have to delete and find another game to play.
I love this game, but I'm not giving iij ng 5 stars because it's been too long since an update. I can't participate in all challenges as I have no more levels to open. The graphics and game play are great though.
Fun Game - Slow to Update The game is fun to play. You can earn gems and coins fast enough to make the game fun. But they are extremely slow to add any new levels/restaurants. It's been over a year i think.

I have enjoyed this game but now that I am almost done the Ramen Street is locked in 12. I can not make it do anything. I can go back to the past levels and it works fine but in 12 you can not make anything work. Not sure what is going on with it. Also once I do finish is there another area that will open? It just says under construction.
Party Bus introduction not working! Everytime I tap to enter an error pops up with 'No internet connection.' I deleted the data in my settings, uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, then reinstalled it again. After starting from the beginning of the game again, I reached the Party Bus again, and it's still saying I have no connection. Which is wrong; b/c all my other apps are working just fine! After looking for awhile and FINALLY finding this decent game - I have to get rid of it...smh...

I was charged for something I didn't choose, then it took a week before someone to emailed me back. And even then, it was an automated email. Next, the game was stealing time to keep you from achieving the customer goal. And mostly, the time of each section gets smaller but the money amount gets larger. The customers take a full 11-12 secs of the clock before they come in. Now I'm not sure if the creators will take not, but I'm uninstalling. Not worth the time or money.
Fun game, only issue so far every time I complete the star haul I don't get my gem rewards for getting 3 stars on every level, the last time I was supposed to get 30 gems and didn't get it and the same time as b4
Find out quick will have to pay up for gems to pass levels. Gameplay is too difficult only because no double click to serve have to drag the food which is so off (which I'm sure is no coincidence)... hard to serve to customers and get food off burners!! Levels finish even when you have plenty of time on clock... making it hard to get 3 stars! Bottomline it's just boring.
Great time consumer when your board! As odd as it sounds, it helps hone the skills of time management! Other than not having a stylus to help dexterity its a great game!
This was good until the new update abd after that in few levels we are not able to pick the trays and serve... i wish the development team can look into it and resolve.. currently am in barbeque level..
the game would be better if you did not control how many diamonds you can save-- you should not have put a limit on it and not let the party bus out past 20-- everything save still has to be put back into the game---please stop the control. it spoils it.
Its a good game, my only real feedback would be... Gems! And how can we get some for free?... I know the developers need to make money too, so im not opposed to buying gems. But we can collect coins could there be one or two numbers on the street where we can collect gems?. As the further along you go in the game, the more you need gems...
Please do not show ads of horror movies suddenly without notifying. Lately the ad on the grudge movie has given me a few scares. Imagine young kids getting frightened by this.
The game has been enjoyable until latest update just now...I can no longer log in the game, it stuck at loading screen... Update: can log in now, so back to 4 star.
Has an extraordinary level of gatekeeping. Gates essential upgrades behind gems, which is bad design. Refuses to let me use party bus or carnival challenge, even though im on the internet and can still watch ads in-game. I like the gameplay a lot, but certain bad design elements drag the score down, and it's real disappointment that the devs chose a path proven to anger players.
All my data was deleted without warning, now I have to start from the beginning, all my gems and coins have disappeared!!! Please fix it!!!! Thank you
Took one away because the click and drag can be difficult and doesn't always work but overall a fun game but it's difficult to get gems and they are needed for almost everything
The game was so good at the first level, but once you bought the next place, it got ridiculous. It gives you time each level and it is SO fast I couldn't finish off all the customers which leaves you with one star. The machines/stove takes too long to cook even if you upgraded. I always ended up with one star because the stove took too long and the time was up and the customers left. Uninstalling right away. It was fun while it lasted.
i love this game but it has too many glitches, please fix and add new boards, please fix. y'all did not fix the glitches, is still too many bug, please fix. The game is still giving me problems, everything is showing up as black squares instead of characters, food and boards, so I can't play at all because you can't see anything, and it freezes up all the time, please fix
it's a very nice game...just that some levels are very difficult to complete...due to the high demands of gems........
Really fun, but it limits your success in levels a lot, which means spending more and more gems. And, of course, it takes forever to get them for free. Also, it's pretty hard to add things to the plates sometimes, the swipe has to be very precise.
The game is really good and fun to play. But the diamonds are eally hard to get!! It's like the writer wants a lot of money from the players and not in a fun way! So when the diamonds are finished I finish with this game! Also most levels it's impossible to reach the score and you must buy things with diamonds, and obviously it's in purpose so we will spend more money on diamonds!!!!!
This game is very nice Now I am in break fast street, I have to earn 50 gems to buy a automatic machine in two days how is that possible?.😠 😠Now that machine is not there. So my suggestion is to do more ways to buy gems or minimise the use of gems. And even it is lagging so badly in the middle of the level.

I loved this game. No so more, I guess 😔, because they just erased my complete progress from their app. I have send them a email complaint about this, I hope it will do some good. I will keep on updating. Update: within one day of e-mailing them, my progress has been revived. Thank you so much 🥰.
I really like the game, but there are 2 problems that make it frustrating. The gems are too hard to come by. So if you want to advance, you will need to actually buy gems. The second problem is that it's not very responsive. I have to make every move 2 or 3 times to get it to take. Which takes time and stops you from getting all 3 stars in the harder levels.
It is very very difficult to earn diamonds..every single level needs huge diamonds to unlock which is very disappointing..at the same time I also have to complete xp to earn only 5/6 diamonds which is so insufficient..even if I need to update my kitchen appliances.. I can't because at some levels every appliances needs 5-6diamonds to update..n I will get this only if I complete xp..so please please make diamonds more available n reduce the amount of diamonds to update appliances. thanks
Timer for each ingredients cooked in the pan should have strong notifications like exlamation mark or flashing colors to avoid being burnt and for users to easily see it.

Horrible game, forces you to pay real money for the gems you earn which you need to upgrade food items and equipment and un lock new areas of the game don't waste your time
Worst game ever. I did play a lot of games where in app purchases was needed but this one is just so bad. every small thing needs gems which need to be purchased pr else u need to wait for very long to obtain them. It feels like i am playing a pity game designed for people who cant purchase with money.

I like the game it's super fun. however, this is the only game I play that always freeze up. Then, you have to log out and start all over again with a 60% chance of it freezing up again!...too much lost time!
I love this game BUT my problem is ....I have excellent wifi collection and for a while now its saying that there is no wifi connection even thought the connection full bars(strong) and i am really annoyed....this needs to be fixed! and i better not loose my progress because i worked really hard. This is my go to game so this glitch need to be fixed ASAP!!!
This can be a good fast thinking game but there are adjustments that need to be made as there are stages I should have got 3 stars because I've served customers quick and haven't got that for no reason. I'm waiting for the customers to arrive on the lower stages and so not able to achieve the 3 stars even though I'm serving straight away. Needs to be looked at as this spoils the game and you will lose people playing it.
